These terms cover your use of the Tending website and beta, made available by 84boxes.
Using Tending
Tending is currently offered as a free beta. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the beta for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms.
Sharing and mods
You may create and share gameplay videos, livestreams, screenshots, fan works, and non-commercial mods. You may not redistribute the game, its files, or its assets, or use Tending assets separately for commercial purposes.
Respectful use
Please do not misuse the website or beta, interfere with its operation, or try to bypass technical protections.
Beta status and availability
This is beta software. Features may change, be removed, or stop being available at any time. We may update these terms as the game develops; the effective date above will show when they were last changed.
Disclaimers and liability
Tending is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 84boxes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or beta. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
